Kayode Fayemi, a former governor of Ekiti State, has remarked that President Bola Tinubu’s ambition to provide the finest leadership for Nigeria is insufficient.
Fayemi stated that a framework must be in place to bring about the transformation that Nigerians are eagerly seeking.
On Thursday, the APC stalwart expressed his reservations on Channels Television’s Politics Today programme.
The ex-governor, who characterized the president as his elder brother, emphasized the importance of intentionality in the Nigeria project’s success.
He said:
“He (Tinubu) is well-meaning but well-meaning is not enough in leadership; intentionality is critical to success”
